The Band

JD and the Sunshine Band was born out of the music recording module of the Sunshine House Solvent User’s Recreation Project (SURP). It is a collaboration between musicians and street-involved folks who participate in Sunshine House programming. The result has been an album that is taking the local music scene by storm! Two music videos have resulted, and a second album is already in the works.

Keep an eye on the Sunshine House main page, and the Sunshine Band facebook page for updates on where the band will be playing next!
