MOPS Evaluation 2023

LAHRK consulting spent ten months interviewing, surveying and focus-grouping folks to evaluate the Mobile Overdose Prevention Site's first year of operations.

They compiled their findings into a 92-page report (well, a bit longer with appendices). Their findings tell the story of the challenges and successes Sunshine House faced in creating and running Manitoba's first-ever officially sanctioned supervised consumption space.
